VTHCO is honored to have Mayavan, a renowned Yoga teacher with over 28 years of expertise, guiding these sessions. His teaching experience spans across Toronto, Montreal, New York, and more, where he has worked with diverse communities, including vulnerable sectors and corporate environments. Mayavan brings a wealth of knowledge, rooted in the ancient practices of Prana and Ayurveda, making his classes deeply enriching for both beginners and seasoned practitioners.

Mayavan is not just a Yoga instructor but a true Yoga Acharya, holding prestigious titles like Yoga Siromani, Yoga Acharya, and Yoga Baskara from the International Sivananda Yoga Vedanta organization.
